Meet David, the Founder

David grew up in South Florida, and it’s still home. He founded Sunshine State Buyers because he saw too many homeowners stuck between two bad options: list with an agent and wait months through repairs and showings, or call a faceless national “we buy houses” chain that lowballs and disappears.

He built the company on a simple idea: treat people honestly, explain the numbers, and only buy when it’s genuinely the right move for the seller. Today David and his small local team have bought 20+ homes across Florida — and built a reputation for fair offers and straight answers.
